Living a healthy lifestyle is your best opportunity to preserve your vitality. A few simple habits often produce magnificent results in terms of better health. Strive to get more sleep, exercise regularly, eat a healthy, balanced diet, and get annual checkups. Accept and adapt to your limitations. Growing older can slow many of us down a bit.
